The International Bar Association (IBA) is holding an online conference on "Art disputes and how to avoid them". I look forward to be part of this panel discussion moderated by Angell Xi and Olivier De Baecque together with Sharon Hecker, James Ratcliffe and Davina Given. We will focus on provenance issues, art history and scientific investigations, contracts and obligations and finish with a few case studies. The conference is recorded and available to IBA members.
