26 October 2018 | Appraisers' Association Art Law Day


Each year, the Appraisers' Association of America holds an Art Law Day inviting various experts to share their insights and knowledge on topical legal issues regarding cultural heritage and art.


This year's art law day will focus on ISIS and antiquities trafficking, blockchain & cryptocurrencies, the purchase of antiquities, misattributed works of art and the Visual Artists' Rights Act (VARA) in relation to street art.


The Conference will take place on 26 October 2018 at Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School in New York.
