This guide is an essential tool for anyone involved in this field, enabling them to manage public art projects with peace of mind, from both a practical and legal point of view. It covers the entire lifespan of such projects, from their conception to their implementation, also addressing any issues that may occur in relation with the work of art once installed. The guide includes a legal handbook on the main questions raised by art in the public space, in particular in light of artists' rights. The guide is available in French, German and Italian online for free.
